At Fiber Luxe Salon, we are committed to your satisfaction and aim to deliver exceptional service. Our return and refund policy ensures a transparent process for all our clients.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us before billing is completed. We will address your concerns immediately, either by rectifying the service or offering a refund under the following conditions.
- Services: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money-back policy, but refunds can be claimed only once per year.
- Refunds apply only to the last service provided when multiple services are billed.
- Delayed claims (after billing) will be handled with a complimentary redo/service credit, subject to careful examination.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds, redo services, or further appointments to habitual claimants.
- 100% satisfaction guarantee does not apply to Eco Range Services.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to protein/keratin treatments unless proper professional-grade home care products are used.
- For Protein/Keratin treatments, if home care products are not purchased from us, you must provide proof of purchase from a valid source to address any treatment-related concerns.
- Proof of purchase from online platforms will not be accepted due to the risk of counterfeit products.
- Bills from any salons will be considered as valid documents to support satisfaction guarantee claims.
Products
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons.
Online Purchase Policy:
All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please inform us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without sufficient notice may incur a fee.
